Our 90 minute yoga classes are open to absolute beginners as well as those who have been doing yoga for some time.
The emphasis is on releasing tension and getting to know the body through correct alignment.
The result is increased circulation, flexibility, strength, balance, and a more uplifted natural posture.
Through practicing yoga, you begin to become aware of your mind/body through attention to breathing, postural alignment and relaxation.

Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Whilst pilates was developed in the early 20th century and most people have tried it, it is important to know, there are instructors and there are “amazing instructors!”
